My Husband and I have lived here the past year and we have loved it. The staff is always so willing to help answer any of our questions and the building is always very clean. The pool area is perfect and quiet in the summer time and parking is great! Also close to many parks and restaurants that we love and very pet friendly!

I moved here this summer and have loved living here so far. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is clean and well kept. The amenities are great as well. My one complaint was being charged to have my smoke detector batteries changed by maintenance. As I do not own a 10 foot ladder I was unable to change the batteries myself.

My experience with Hilltop Towers from when I first toured them, to present day, has been amazing. The staff is very friendly and respectful. If I ever have questions they always have a helpful answer and I always hear back same day. The apartments are kept very clean and they have a lot of incredible amenities. I have lived in some not so great areas before but I feel very safe and comfortable here. I personally havenât noticed a lot of noise from traffic, or many people not picking up after their dogs like some reviews suggest.

The community of people here are all very respectful & the easiness of being able to communicate with management for any questions or concerns has been a great experience. I've been living here for almost a year now and have enjoyed it a lot! I love the layout and design of my apartment and while it does create extra fees, I enjoy the amenities and services like trash valet. I also really love all the common spaces like the pool, gym, penthouse lounge and club house! The office is usually pretty responsive and when issues arise, they take care of them fairly quickly.

Iâve lived here for over a year I started in building A and moved to building B. They are really clean apartments and have a lot of amenities which I wish I could use more seeing we are paying for it ð Iâve really have had no big issues with this place mainly because Iâm never home & when I am home Iâm usually just relaxing. They keep the place well maintained so thatâs a big plus.

I've lived here for about six months and I haven't had any problems with management or the property. Maintenance has been quick to respond to my requests, usually same-day. The facilities/gym are nice, but it's Utah so the pool is only open during the summer. (Current resident, being compensated for my review)

My fiancé and I moved in a few months ago and havenât had many issues. The staff members are super nice and helpful, and the apartments are kept clean. There have been a few instances where the trash has made the halls smell, but the odor usually dissipates once itâs cleared. The noise is somewhat expected in apartment living. We donât hear our neighbors next to us, but we do hear our upstairs and downstairs neighbors quite a bit. The upstairs neighbors are louder than weâd like, but again, itâs part of apartment living. Many other reviews mention fees. This complex does have quite a few fees that can accrue on an account, and while many are understandable, there is only one that we havenât encountered. For instance, if we put any maintenance request in and they come out, it is $50. We have never lived in a place that requires a fee for maintenance requests. Our biggest pain point was the pet policy. A few weeks ago, my grandma fell and broke her hip. She needed help with her dog for two weeks. I called the front office to ask if I needed to provide any information about the dog. Come to find out, weâd have to pay an additional pet fee. Normally, I wouldnât have minded if the dog had stayed for a full month, but it was only for two weeks. This put my family in a bind, as I couldnât afford the additional pet fee that month. Along with the pet policy, the lease specifically states that we had to bring our dog in to have her mouth swabbed within a week or two of moving in. I was never contacted about it. When I asked I was told theyâd reach out once they find a new company to send the swabs. Since then, it is not uncommon to find dog feces. Especially in the fenced in area. I used to love taking my dog to the fenced in grass area, but now we donât go because you can take a step without worrying about stepping in something. Overall, itâs pretty standard for apartments. There were a few things that took my rating down from a 5 to a 4 star review.

Enjoyed living here and working with leasing staff - Corinne, etc. Would have renewed lease but work took me out of state. Recycling option would be nice but great onsite amenities and buildings kept clean and well maintained.
